Nacho Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

Butter …………………………20 gms

All purpose flour……………1 teaspoon

Milk …………………………….1 cup

Cheddar Cheese Block …….240 gms

Method

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and and keep whisking so that it does not form lumps.
2. Add the milk and simmer for a minute.
3. Cut the cheddar cheese and add it into the saucepan.
4. Cook and bring to a boil.
5. Serve hot.
