Ingredients
Butter …………………………20 gms
All purpose flour……………1 teaspoon
Milk …………………………….1 cup
Cheddar Cheese Block …….240 gms

Method
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and and keep whisking so that it does not form lumps.
- Add the milk and simmer for a minute.
- Cut the cheddar cheese and add it into the saucepan.
- Cook and bring to a boil.
- Serve hot.
