Corn Tortilla Chips ……………………1/2 bag
Nacho toppings
Old El Paso Salsa ……………….5 tablespoons
Sliced Black olives ……………..2 tablespoons
Chopped Capsicum …………….2 tablespoons
Jalapeños …………………………4-5 pieces (as per taste)
Nacho Cheese Sauce ……………4-5 tablespoons
Sour Cream ……………………….1 tablespoon

Method
- Arrange the tortilla chips in a flat bowl.
- Drizzle the chunky salsa on the chips.
- Add the black olives, capsicum and jalapeños as toppings. You can use an array of toppings like onions, tomatoes, chicken, sausages, beef, kidney beans, spring onions, lettuce and so on.
- Top it with the sour cream.
- Serve with hot nacho cheese sauce as a dip. This makes for a quick and filling snack.
