Potato Wedges

Ingredients

Potato …………………1 large

Salt …………………..seasoning

Garlic Salt ………….1/2 teaspoon

Oregano …………….1 pinch

Red Chilli flakes …..as per your taste

Olive Oil ……………..3-4 tablespoons

 

Method

  1. Cut into thin wedges.
  2. Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Use a shallow pan to fry or spread it on a baking tray and bake till crispy.
  4. Serve hot.
